Terms of Service

The service

SpamCatcher is operated by OneStage Solutions LLC. It provides one private, receiving SpamBox for low-sensitivity registrations. The Personal subscription is $9 per year. Receiving starts only after account verification and payment.

Your account

You must be at least 18, provide an account email you control, keep your credentials secure, and follow the Acceptable Use Policy. Keep banking, healthcare, government, password-manager, and other important accounts on your regular email.

Addresses and messages

Previously activated names are never reassigned to another customer. Mail normally expires after 30 days. There is no compose, reply, or forwarding to arbitrary recipients. Forwarding to your verified account email can be available for individual messages, with attachment size/count limits, abuse controls, and removal of all images, including coupon barcodes and QR codes. Supported images can be displayed only when you choose Load images. Receiving may stop when paid access ends, after failed-payment grace, on suspension, or on account deletion. A permanent address means an activated name is never reassigned; it does not promise perpetual receiving service.

Availability and cancellation

Third-party websites may reject receiving domains. Alternate domains support compatibility and continuity; acceptance by every site is not promised. Billing and cancellation are managed through Stripe from your account.

Subscription renewal

The Personal subscription renews automatically at $9 per year until canceled. Review the price and billing terms shown at checkout before subscribing. Cancel future renewal through account billing at https://account.thespamcatcher.com/account/billing before the next renewal. Cancellation normally leaves receiving enabled through the paid period; deleting your account ends access. You may request a full refund within 14 days of a subscription charge, including a renewal, from Account > Billing. Eligible requests are processed automatically after a short required survey and confirmation. Cancellation does not itself submit a refund request. Rights provided by applicable law are unaffected.

Service limits

SpamCatcher is not an archive or an emergency service. Save anything you need before messages expire. Size, storage, and inbound-volume limits apply; oversized or excessive mail may be rejected, and supported content may be truncated during processing. Forwarded attachments are limited to files accepted by service policy and can be omitted when size/count limits are exceeded. Delivery, uninterrupted availability, and acceptance by every third-party website are not guaranteed. Preservation required by law can override ordinary deletion.

Contact

OneStage Solutions LLC, PO Box 125, Cusick, WA 99119, United States. For account, billing, or policy concerns, submit a request at https://account.thespamcatcher.com/abuse. Do not include passwords, payment-card details, or private message contents. These terms were updated September 16, 2026.

Sending a copy and file limits

You can make up to 25 send attempts in a rolling 24 hours, including failed attempts, and successfully send each message up to 3 times in that period. Supported PDFs are limited to 5 files, 5 MiB per file and 5 MiB combined per message. Forwarded copies omit all images, including embedded coupons, barcodes, and QR codes. Links may retain tracking parameters.

Refunds, cancellation, and reactivation

Within 14 days of a subscription charge, Account > Billing offers Request refund. A short required survey collects feedback; answers do not affect eligibility. Confirm the consequences and your password to submit. Eligible refunds are processed automatically to the original payment method. Provider exceptions may require support review. Bank processing time varies.

A successful refund stops new mail and cancels renewal. You have seven days to view or download unexpired messages; their normal 30-day expiry still applies. Sending copies is disabled during this read-only period. A pending refund remains visible in billing and is checked automatically. Your account is not deleted, and activated usernames are never reassigned.

After the refund window, billing offers Cancel account. This stops subscription renewal; receiving continues through the paid period. Permanent account deletion is a separate action in account settings.

A second successful refund requires operator review before another purchase is accepted. This does not prevent an eligible refund already owed. Reactivation uses the original username, subject to account and purchase review; expired messages are not restored.
