Appropriate use

Use SpamCatcher for coupons, clubs, promotions, downloads, and other low-sensitivity signups. Respect the rules of the sites you use.

Prohibited use

Do not use the service for illegal activity, fraud, impersonation, harassment, exploitation, attempts to access another person’s account or inbox, or attempts to evade a merchant’s controls. Do not deliberately overwhelm the service or automate abuse of its signup and address checks.

Limits and response

The service applies message-size and inbound-volume limits. Accounts may be suspended for abuse. Report concerns through the abuse form. No files can be uploaded.

Reporting and review

Report abuse, security concerns, or a disputed suspension at https://account.thespamcatcher.com/abuse. Include only the information needed to identify the concern. Do not upload or reproduce unlawful or sensitive message content. We may limit receiving or suspend an account to investigate abuse and protect the service.
